How do I stop getting email updates?
If you have elected to receive updates via RSS or Twitter and do not want to get email updates anymore, follow these instructions on how to remove yourself from the newsletter.

  1. Log In to http://bustatheme.com/wp-admin/profile.php
  2. Click the Subscriptions link in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Set the radio box for Automatically subscribe me to newly created categories to No.
  4. Uncheck all the checkboxes.
  5. Click Update Preferences.
